OWED
PRE-LAUNCH

The route the money takes

Trade to claim, in six stops.

Each stop is marked for who runs it: the chain, by contract, with no one able to intervene; pons, the launchpad the coin lives on; or a person, with a wallet.

01

A person · one transaction

Someone opens a box

They name a builder by GitHub login or wallet, name the coin, and choose the builder's share, fifty to one hundred percent. The OWED factory launches the coin on pons in the same transaction, so the factory, not the person, is the coin's deployer of record.

02

Enforced on-chain · sealed in the launch block

The fee route is sealed

pons lets a coin's deployer redirect creator fees at any time. Our factory is that deployer, points the fees at the new vault, and ships no function that could ever point them anywhere else. There is no owner on the factory and no owner on the vault. The route survives everyone, including us.

03

pons · every trade

Fees accrue in the locked position

Every trade of the coin pays a creator fee into the coin's locked liquidity position on pons. pons sweeps those positions on its own cadence. Until a sweep, the money is earned but not yet collectable, and the box page prints both numbers so nobody mistakes one for the other.

04

Enforced on-chain · permissionless

Anyone harvests

Anyone can call the vault's harvest. It pulls what the position holds, splits it by the sealed share, sends the launcher their remainder immediately, and books the builder's share as owed. Nothing is trusted to an operator: the locker pays the vault because the vault is the recipient, whoever pressed the button.

05

The builder · once

The name is bound to a wallet

A wallet box skips this stop entirely. A GitHub box needs the login tied to one wallet: the builder signs in on this site, our attester signs the pair, the builder posts it, and it sits on the chain for 48 hours. Then anyone can finalise it, and it is permanent. The registry owner can cancel a pending post, and nothing else.

06

Enforced on-chain · only the bound wallet

They claim

The bound wallet calls claim, or claimTo an address of its choosing. Everything owed pays out as native ETH plus the coin's own fee share. The waiting clock resets to zero and the door on the wall reads paid. If they never come, stop six never happens, and the box keeps its money in public.
