Plain terms
The honest print, kept large.
Status
OWED is pre-launch. The factory and the identity registry are written and tested but not deployed to Robinhood Chain. Until they are, every counter on this site reads zero, every box on the wall is reserved, and the launch desk's preflight stays red. This clause is rewritten the day that changes.
What a box is
A box is a vault contract that receives the creator fees of one coin launched on pons and holds a fixed share of them under one name until the wallet bound to that name claims them. The remainder is paid to whoever launched the coin. The coin, the name, the share and the launcher are fixed when the box is created and cannot be changed by anyone.
What cannot be taken back
Nothing owed can be withdrawn by the launcher, by OWED, or by any key. There is no recovery window, no timelock to a different address, no upgrade path. A box whose builder never claims keeps its balance indefinitely, in public.
What is trusted
For a GitHub box, the OWED attester's signature is what asserts that a login corresponds to a wallet. That signature can only open a 48 hour public notice of a binding; the binding is permanent once finalised; the registry owner can only cancel a pending notice and rotate the attester after a further 48 hour notice. No OWED key can move funds. For a wallet box nothing of ours is trusted at all.
What pons controls
The coin lives on pons. pons sweeps creator fees from locked liquidity positions on its own cadence, so the amount claimable in a box lags the amount earned. pons's locker owner controls who may trigger collection, not where proceeds go. Any future change to pons's contracts is theirs to make and ours to disclose.
What this is not
Not investment advice. Not a wage, a grant, or a promise of any amount. The coins here are memecoins; their price can go to zero, and then the fees do too. A box holds only the share of fees its coin actually generated. Opening a box for someone does not create any obligation on them, and does not require their consent; it creates a balance they may or may not ever collect.
Audit
The contracts have not been audited by a third party. They are short, single-purpose, and will be verified on the chain's explorer at deployment so anyone can read them. The test suite is published with the source.
Affiliation
OWED is independent. It claims no affiliation with Robinhood Markets, Robinhood Chain, pons, GitHub, or any builder whose name appears on the wall.
